Still no pump for Abbey

The insurance company denied Abbey's pump request! I didn't know that you had to be a doctor to work for insurance companies!! Or at least know what is best medically for someone! Why do they get to decide? The doctor said she needs it - so give it to her!!! We are going through the appeals proses; who knows how long that will take. It really ticks me off! Insurance companies are supposed to work for you - it isn't as though we don't pay them! Stupid Jerks!!!
